Nothing wrong on your end — LeviWands are intentionally weighted slightly off-centre by design. This prevents them from staying perfectly upright and is what allows the dynamic movement and 'flow' they're known for. Just make sure when it's stationary that it "floats" to the right position without movement. Then you know it's up the right way.
