First, make sure you're tightening correctly: use the SHORT end of the allen key to turn the screw and hold the long end for extra leverage. To work out whether it's the screw or the hub thread that's worn, swap one of the spare unused screws into that same hole and try again. If a known-good spare screw still won't hold, the hole/thread in the hub itself is stripped rather than the screw — get in touch and we can sort out a replacement Ultra Hub.
