Shipping within AustraliaUpdated a year ago

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the postal service you have selected. We do our best to get orders out the door asap and in the hands of the postie gods! Many of our orders are dispatched next business day or even same day. However many of our products are handmade by us here at our warehouse is Burleigh Heads, and sometimes products are made-to-order. In this case, please allow for time for your order to be made then dispatched.

If you need your order before a certain date please pick a shipping option with this in mind. If you are unsure whether it will deliver to you in time feel free to get in contact with us. Please keep in mind our estimates are provided by the shipping companies or our own experience and we do not provide any shipping time guarantees. 

We offer Flat Rate Shipping for $9.90 for most orders. If you select this, we will pick the most economical shipping option. This method usually takes 2-5 business days within the same state and 5-7 business days interstate. This shipping option is not available for oversize orders. We will get in touch with you if the shipping option you have selected is not available for your order.

For smaller orders Parcel Post may be an option. This is sent with Australia Post standard shipping. Parcel Post usually takes the same time frames as flat rate shipping.

For Oversize orders your order will need to be shipped with a courier – we will select either select Startrack or Aramex usually.

Australia Post Express is one of the quickest options within Australia, delivering between 1-4 business days depending on your location. 

DHL is also a very quick option and most reliable. They provide excellent door to door tracking and deliver almost anywhere. They are usually more expensive than other options though.
