My Concentrate C5 Light Unit Isn't WorkingUpdated a year ago

If your Concentrate C5 Light Unit either isn't turning on or is glitching or has dull lights, the first thing to try is making sure you're using a charged battery and nothing is inhibiting its connection with the light unit.

STEP 1
This might seem obvious, but make sure your battery is in the correct way. With the positive end facing the light diodes as indicated inside the light unit.

STEP 2
Make sure your battery is fully charged. Getting a new battery might be necessary if the one you have is quite old or expired.

STEP 3
Give both the battery and inside of the light unit a good clean. Using a microfibre cleaning cloth wipe down the battery and the inside of the light unit, especially on the ends where the battery connects with the light unit. Look for any residue, but also still give it a clean even if there does not appear to be any grime. Do Not use water! Only use a clean dry cloth on both parts.

If you've tried these first three steps and are still experiencing issues, especially if the light unit seems 'stuck' on a mode or not displaying all colours, try these next steps.

STEP 4
To check all light diodes are working, first double click from off and then single click to cycle through the colours. By doing this your light unit should be able to display all colours (red, orange, yellow, green, aqua, blue, purple, pink, & white). If your light unit does this, that's great! That means all of the LED light diodes are working. If this is the case you may have been in your saved modes. You access these saved modes by clicking and holding the button from off. To access the preset modes it is just one quick click of the button.

If your light is still not working, it may be faulty or damaged. Please get in contact with us for further help :)
