Help, My Order Is DelayedUpdated a year ago

Occasionally delays can occur in transit. If your order has been dispatched but tracking is showing it as delayed, you can submit an enquiry with the postal service to get an update quickest and straight to you. You can also get in contact with us to help you with this process.

We do our best to get orders out the door ASAP, unfortunately we have no control over shipping times beyond this.

Please note estimated delivery times are provided by the courier. Shipping costs on delayed orders are non-refundable. Compensation may or may not be available, this is handled directly through the courier/shipping service and you will need to contact the courier directly to find out more on this.
