Help, My Order Has Been Returned To SenderUpdated a year ago

If your parcel has been returned to sender it could be due to multiple reasons.
If you have had your parcel delivered to a Post Office, they will only hold your parcel for a limited time. This time frame varies from country to country but usually it is somewhere between 5-10 business days. If you do not collect your parcel in time it will be marked as uncollected and returned to sender. 

If you are located overseas, parcels might also be returned to sender due to unpaid duties. Every country has their own import fees and regulations and you will need to look up your own to know what to expect. If customs/duties are left unpaid or refused it may be returned to sender.

Another reason it may be returned to sender is if it has an incorrect address.

This is why it is important to stay up to date with tracking. If your parcel has been returned to sender, once we receive it here at our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, we will get in contact with you to see what you would like to do. You will be able to choose if you would like to have it resent to you or whether you would like to cancel the order. 

Please note that if you choose to cancel the order once we have received it back with us shipping costs are non-refundable if it is not at our error the parcel was not successfully delivered. If you choose to have your order resent to you in this situation, you will need to cover shipping costs.
