If you have just received your order and it was damaged or faulty upon delivery please get in touch with us asap via email at [email protected]

Please include your contact details and order details as well as pictures or a short vid of the product you received and we will resolve by either replacing, fixing, or refunding any item deemed faulty.

Please make sure to get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the product as we may not be able to help outside of this window.
