We will do our best to alter the order, whether that be removing or adding an item, but please be aware many of our orders go out next business day or even same day and once dispatched no changes are able to be made. 

If we do not receive your message in time, once you have received your package you are welcome to send your item back to exchange or return. Please not that we are unable to refund shipping costs or ship out items free of charge due to errors made whilst ordering.
